How to Share Files

This guide shows how to quickly locate any file in RAAMP and share it with others. It explains where files live across companies, properties, tenants, and contacts, and gives the exact steps to open a file’s menu and use the Share dialog.

How to Access Files

From the navigation menu, select **Files**.

Files Overview

The Companies, Properties, Tenants, and Contacts tabs have a Files tab specific to each company, property, tenant, and contact. These steps apply to any file located in RAAMP.

How to Share Files

Locate the **file** you want to share > Select the file's **three-dot menu** > Select **Share**.

Complete the information in the **Sharing File** box > Select **Share and Email Link** or **Share and Copy Link** based on your preferred sharing method.
