How to Share Internet Code/Remote Code with one or more tenants?

Click on "Property Management" dropdown on the left navigation

Click on "Assets" under the "Property Management" dropdown

Once in the "Property/Assets" section ,click on "New Asset" on the far right side of the screen

We advise our clients if they want to share the Internet Code/Remote Code,to add the necessary name in the "Title" field .Example- Internet Code for Unit101

Choose the Property by selecting from the dropdown under "Property \*" field

Choose the Unit by selecting from the dropdown under "Unit" field

Click on the dropdown under "Share With Tenant" field to select with whom to share the code

Click on "All Tenants Of The Selected PropertyProperty selection is required" under "Share With Tenant" field dropdown if you want to share the code with ALL the tenants

Click on "Tenant(s) Of The Selected UnitUnit selection is required" under "Share With Tenant" field dropdown to share the code with tenants of the unit

Make sure to add the passcode in the "Description" field & fill out the necessary details on the other sections

Click on "Submit" to finish up
