Within the Microsoft Teams app, select the Files or OneDrive icon from the tabs on the left

You can upload files or folders off your computer

Navigate to where you want the files or folders to upload

**double-click** the file or select the file and the **Open** button at the bottom-right of the screen. 

After the files or folders upload, you can access them from the **My Files** area

Select the **Sharing icon** if you need to share the files/folders

You can select whether users have read-only access or can edit the file using the pencil icon and dropdown

You can add a message to the sharing invitation. When done, select the **Send** button
