How to Submit/Create a Ticket?

    Access the **Admin Portal** by logging in.
    Go to "**Submit Ticket**" under "Support" on the left navigation
    Click under the "**Your Email**" option to put your email address.
    Then click below the "**Subject**" option to **Headline** the issue.
    Now choose the dropdown from the "**Type**" option below "**Subject**"
    "**Choose**" the 'Type" of issue that you are facing
    Click the dropdown from the "**Priority**" option below "Type"
    Choose the "**Priority**" level of your issue
    Click inside the "**Description**" to **detail your issue** that you are facing
    Click on "**Submit**" to complete the process
