How to Submit a Driver Contact Form for Partner Experience Followup

      Click "Driver Contact"
      The email field should be YOUR dlivrd email. This will tell the Partner Experience team who submitted the form in case they have any issues, or follow up questions.
      Enter the Driver's first name and last name in the applicable fields.
      Alert! Names should be entered exactly as they are in the dashboard. Double check to make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the names as this will impact the association with the driver's CRM profile. If the driver has more than 2 names enter the first in the First Name field and all others in the Last Name field.
      Click on the "Issue" field to populate the dropdown menu.
      Select the applicable order issue to be addressed.
      Enter the date of the order in question in the date field.
      Enter the order ID. If there is more than one order that was affected by the issue, enter the PRIMARY order ID in this field and add the others to the "Notes" section.
      In the notes field enter a complete but concise explanation of the issue to be addressed. Make sure to include the issue, resolution, outcome of the order (delivered, reassigned to a different driver, cancelled etc.,) and the outcome of the driver (are they available or unavailable)
      Click "Submit"
