How to Submit a Service Request from Tenant Portal?

    Tip- If there are issue or concerns about the apartment that you are renting, follow the steps below to create a service request:
    Log into the Tenant Portal
    Click on "Submit New Request" on the left navigation
    Select the "Category" by clicking on the dropdown
    Select the " Sub Category" by clicking on the dropdown similar to the previous snippet
    The "Email \*" field will auto-populated by the system
    Tick 'I would like to get email notification on status update/comment' (optional) if it applies
    Put your contact number in the "Phone" field.
    Select the " Best Contact Method" by clicking on the dropdown
    Select the " Best Time To Contact" by clicking on the dropdown
    Describe the details in the "Summary \*" field.
    Click "Do you have any pictures?" to upload documents or pictures if you have got anything to upload
    Click on "Submit" to finish up
    Once the request is submitted, the screen would pop up like this
    Or on the left navigation, you can click on 'My Service Requests' & you can see al the submitted service requests that you have requested
