How to Submit a Ticket

This guide walks you through how to submit a ticket on the STEAM On Demand portal. It explains each step clearly so you can share the right details, get faster support, and have a smoother experience.

In the dashboard’s left-hand menu, click "**Help"**.

Include your email in the "Requester Email".

Identify the type of your request.

Include a subject line.

In the “**Description & Reproduction Steps**” field, please provide a detailed explanation of your issue and the steps to reproduce it.

Click on the "**Attachment"** option below the description box to upload any files (such as screenshots or short videos) that help illustrate the issue. Providing visuals can make it easier for the support team to understand and resolve your request quickly.

Once you’ve completed the form, attached any files, and checked the reCAPTCHA box, click the **Submit** button to send your request. Your ticket will be logged in the system, and the support team will review it and follow up with you by email.
