Navigate to [engage.gatech.edu](http://engage.gatech.edu)

Click here to find the organization you want to submit a bill for.

To navigate to your finance tool, hover over the relevant organization's profile picture and select the gear icon. 

Students that are not finance officers will first have to be granted "finance" access by their organization to submit a request.

After the toolbar appears, select "finance".

Once brought to the finance tool, you will be focusing on the budget section, as this is where the SGA Bill/Budget request will appear.

Once you submit your request, you will need to wait review/approval. 

In the meantime, you can always view the status of your request in your RSO's finance tool request list. You will be notified of any action that occurs on the request.

To submit a Budget/Bill request, select the "create request" button.

On this page, you will see all available budget processes you are able to request funds from. Each of these processes have their own rules/steps to follow. 

At some points, you may see MOVE, SGA, GTSF, Parents Fund, and more! For now, we can only see MOVE and SGA are active.

Select a Process or Budget to Start Your Request

For this tutorial, we are interested in the SGA Bills Process.

Click "Funding Request" to submit a bill.

Now, you can begin filling out your request details. 

Be sure to complete ALL question fields to ensure your request can be reviewed in full by SGA. When you are done with your request hit "submit'. 

After you save, you will be taken back to the main finance tool.

To review the details of your request again, click on it. Here, we can see that budget request status is "Withdrawn", meaning we should not expect any further action.

Recently submitted requests will show as "Submitted" and approved requests will show as "Approved".
