Access the **Admin Portal** by logging in.
Click on "**Tenant Management" dropdown** under "Administration" on the left navgation

Click on **"Service Request"**

Search for a Service Request and click on **"View Details**" icon

Click the **"+Eye"** beside "Go Back" icon to turn on the "**Add it to your watch list to track and monitor** the progress of this request"

When this button turns "**Orange" from "Green"**, it has been **added to the watchlist.** Click on it again to **turn it off and remove from the watchlist**.
