How to Turn On Failed Payment Notifications?

    Log into the Admin Portal
    Click "Settings Dropdown" on the top left side of the screen
    Go to "Online Payment Settings"
    Click on "Merchant Account For Property Manager" or click "Merchant Account For Individual Property". Here for instance we are showing you an example of the\ "Merchant Account For Property Manager"
    You can click on "Merchant Account For Property Manager" or click on "View Details" to open up the necessary steps under this setting
    Now scroll down to "Update Settings (Property Manager Merchant Account)"
    Tick "Yes" if you want to send a notification for failed payments to yourself & do the same to send a notification regarding failed payments under "Update Settings (Property Manager Merchant Account)"
    Once done, click "Update"
    Once done, the screen would show up like this
    Follow the similar process by clicking on "Merchant Account For Individual Property"
    Or by clicking on "View Details" under "Merchant Account For Individual Property"
