Enter the credentials you received in your email from Valor Paytech. It may be from [activation@valoraccess.com](mailto:activation@valoraccess.com). If you don't see it, check your spam folder.

Click "**Virtual Terminal**". If you don't see the "**Virtual Terminal**" option, please contact us at [support@keepthefees.com](mailto:support@keepthefees.com) or (844) FCK-FEES (325-3337).

On the **API Keys** page, you'll see this dropdown. There should be only 1 option (an **EPI** number). Select that **EPI**. It will then generate an **App Key** (the code right next to the **EPI** number).

Tip! Clicking **SAVE** on this screen is crucial. The best way to double-check that the **App Key** saved successfully is to refresh the page after clicking **SAVE**. If the **App Key** is still there, congrats, you're ready to roll!

Great job! Now, when you choose **Pay on Terminal** when **taking an appointment deposit** or **checking out a client**, the amount due will be sent to the terminal automatically and the client can tap, insert, or swipe their card.

They can even select a **preset tip percentage** (that you set when you signed up). Then, the transaction gets logged back in the system where commissions are calculated, aftercare forms are sent, and inventory updated.
