From the Main Menu - Click "Accounting Manager"

You will then see fields to complete starting with Standard Tax rate.

Add in the Standard Tax name , this should be VAT.

Input your VAT Number (if VAT registered).

If you would like to add a message to your invoice please add it here.

Please tick this box if you would like to show the message in Bold.

If you would like a prefix on your invoices, you can add this here.

Complete banking information starting with Financial Institution.

Add in your Business Identifier Code if you have one.

Please tick this checkbox to show the banking details on all your invoices.

You then have the option of 3 checkboxes please tick any which apply and click update details to save the changes you have made.
