Access the **Admin Porta**l by logging in.
Go to the **"Tenant Management" dropdown** under "Administration on left navigation

Click on **"Tenant"**

Go to **"Moved Out**" option beside "Active Tenants"

Then click on "**LOAD DATA"**

Search the tenant and click on the **arrow icon** to get into the tenant profile

Click on the **edit icon** beside "**Reason: Lease end"** in the middle of the page

Click on the "**Stars**" beside "**How would you rate this tenant?**" to give a rating

Click on "**Update**" to complete the process
