    Access the **Admin Portal** by logging in.
    Go to **"Tenant Management" dropdown** under "Administration" on the left navigation
    Click on "**Service Request"** under "Tenant Management" dropdown
    Once in the "Service Request / Work Order / Purchase Order" section , Click on the "**Search**" field for the Tenant. Click on "**View Details" icon under "Action**" menu
    Now click on **"Assign Vendor"**
    Then click on **"Create Work Order"**
    Click on the **'Select a vendor**" dropdown to select the **Vendor**
    Click on the "**Edit**" icon beside the **"Send email to vendor (applicable only when a valid email is provided)"** option to select the Vendor
    Click on the **"Email Subject"** field to Add, Edit, Update the information
    Click on "**Save**" to complete the prcess
