How to Upload Files via a Shareable Link

This guide shows how to quickly upload photos or files using a QR code or shareable link. It explains generating time-limited access, extending expiration, and the simple camera/choose-file workflow so users can capture deposit slips, inspections, bills, or batch property photos on-site. Follow it to securely and conveniently transfer mobile images to RAAMP.

Every folder in RAAMP that permits uploads can be accessed via your cell phone for capturing photos. This feature is **commonly used for deposit slips, inspections, and paper bills**. **Please note** that this is a one-way transfer; users will not be able to see the files they uploaded after leaving this page.

How to Access File Management Modules

From the navigation menu, select **Files**.

The Companies, Properties, Tenants, Contacts, and Accounting module all contain file management modules. These steps apply to any file management module located in RAAMP.

How to Upload Files via QR Code and Sharable Link

From any file management module, select the **QR code**.

A **QR Code** and **sharable link** will be generated. By default, the QR code and link will **expire in 12 hours**. You can extend this by using the **Manage Access button**.

Select the desired **Access Settings** by checking the appropriate **box(es)** > Select the **Extend Access Until field** to choose a day and time for the link to expire > Select **Extend Access**.

Unlock your **cell phone** > Open your **camera app** > Point the Camera at the **QR code** > Select the **link** to navigate to the page.

Select **Drop Files Here** > You can open your camera roll to upload photos, or select **Choose Files** to upload any file from your phone. *In practice, many users complete property tours, then upload a group of photos all at once. However, for a deposit slip, they may take a quick snapshot of the slip.*

Select the **copy** icon to copy the **Sharable Link** > The **Sharable Link** can be pasted in an email.
