**Log - in** to <https://my.deliverit.com.au/> with your **DPOS Cloud account credentials.**

On the left-hand navigation bar, click the **Image Library** tab.

All of your **images** will be **displayed** here.

You can **view** the **images** in the library in either a **12-grid** or **6-grid** format.

To **upload** images, **click** the **Upload Images** button.

**Browse** and **select** images on your device to **Upload.**

**Upload** all the **images** you require and click the **Finish** button when done.

After **Uploading**, the images will appear here in your **image library**.

To **assign** images to an **item**, **click** on **Menus** in the left - hand menu.

**Select** the appropriate menu from the **drop-down list** here.

**Choose** the **specific item** that you wish to **update** the image for and **click** the **Upload Image** icon here.

If the **Image** you want to use is **already uploaded**, simply **select** it from the **Image Library**. If you want to **upload** a **new** image, **click** the **Upload from Local** button to **browse** for the image you want, and then click **Save.**

To **remove** the **existing** image, simply **click** the **remove image icon** then click **Save.**

After **Saving**, a **note** will indicate that the **specific item** has been **edited.**

For the **changes** to reflect, **click** the **Deploy** icon.

**Refresh** your website and now you have successfully **assigned** an **Image.**

Here are some issue you might encounter when uploading an image

- **Duplicate File Name** - It prevents users from uploading images with duplicate file names.
- **Big File Size -** Users are restricted to uploading images with a maximum file size of 600KB.
- **File Format -** It only accepts images in JPEG, JPG or PNG file formats.
- **File Name -** It will not allow images that have a file name of more than 100 characters.
