Coaches and coachees may find it beneficial to review assessment results together as part of the leadership development process. Debriefing these results within the coaching space helps leaders make the most of an assessment process. Engagement users can upload assessments for the leader to the coaching dashboard. This allows the coach and leader to review and discuss the assessment results during their sessions.

**Navigate to the Coachee's Profile**

If you are a coach looking to upload an assessment for a coachee, follow the steps below. If you are not a coach uploading an assessment for a coachee, proceed to the next step.

- Click "**My Coachees**"
- Click the **Coachee's Name**
- Click "**General**"

**Navigate to User Profile as a Coach**

- Click "**My Coachees**"
- Click the **Coachee's Name**
- Click "**General**"

**Navigate to Your Profile**

If you are a user looking to upload an assessment for yourself, follow the steps below. If you are not uploading an assessment for yourself, proceed to the next step.

In the upper right- hand corner, click **Your Name**, and then

- Click "**View Profile**"

**Navigate to Your Profile as a Coachee or Mentee**

In the upper right- hand corner, click **Your Name**, and then

**Upload Assessment**

When you are ready to add the assessment to the profile you are on -

- Click the ➕ **"Upload Assessment**"
- Enter the **Assessment URL** or upload the **Assessment File**
- Enter the "**Assessment Name**"
- Click "**Add Assessment**"

**Assessment Access**

Coachees have full control over the assessments on their dashboard; they can upload, view, and delete any assessment, including those added by the coach.

Coaches can view all assessments on the coachee’s profile but can only delete those they have uploaded.

**View Assessment**

Once an assessment has been uploaded, coaches and coachees will have access to review the assessment. Locate the assessment - 

- Click "**View**"

**Remove Assessment**

If an assessment needs to be removed, coachees can delete any assessments on their profile, while coaches can only remove assessments they've uploaded. Locate the assessment -

- Click the "**X**"
- Confirm and click "**Yes**"
