Navigate to [login.myocchealthrecord.com](http://login.myocchealthrecord.com)

Click on the Health Surveillance Module module from the side menu. Then Click on the "Reporting" tab.

The first report will be a "Reminders" report where you can track all Overdue and Upcoming reminders for Health Surveillance activities.

Once a reminder is Due, you can click on the Book button to easily request another health surveillance assessment for that worker.

Tip! Use the date range calendar, date range quick select and org unit filters to update the data in all Health Surveillance reports and drill down to more granular detail.

Tip! You can configure your org tree however you would like to facilitate better reporting. Chat to your Customer Success Specialist to work out which structure will best support your reporting needs. 

Use the Report menu on the left of screen to click through and explore available reports. 

Tip! Many of the charts feature a "Drilldown" function. Click on the charts themselves to drill-down to more detailed information. 

Reports include various health metrics like the commonest abnormal findings. Remember, you can drill down to different levels within the organisation using the filters to identify problem areas in different business areas e.g. site, division or state. 

Turnaround time reports are also available per assessment to help you identify bottlenecks and update processes to elicit faster assessment outcomes.

You can view turnaround times on all assessments or individually drill down further into each assessment to see how long an assessment is taking to complete.

You can drill down on time frames by selecting one or multiple of the below options. The options selected will manipulate the data shown in the graph.
