Navigate to [login.myocchealthrecord.com](http://login.myocchealthrecord.com)

Click on the Pre Employment Module module from the side menu. Then Click on the "Reporting" tab.

Use the Report menu on the left of screen to click through and explore available reports.

Tip! Use the org unit filters to update the data in all Health Surveillance reports and drill down to more granular detail.

Tip! You can configure your org tree however you would like to facilitate better reporting. Chat to your MOHR Customer Success Specialist to work out which structure will best support your reporting needs.

Tip! Use the date range calendar and date picker filters to update the data in all Health Surveillance reports and drill down to more granular detail.

Reports include various health metrics like the commonest abnormal findings. Remember, you can drill down to different levels within the organisation using the filters to identify problem areas in different business areas e.g. site, division or state.

To report on individual data, click on the graph to view the completed data.

Tip! By using the Hired/Not-Hired function in the Completed Assessments tab, you are able to view comparative reporting of Total Population assessed versus those you've hired. This becomes a powerful representation of the organisational risk mitigated through the Pre Employment process.

Turn around time reports are also available per assessment to help you identify bottlenecks and update processes to elicit faster assessment outcomes.
