How to Use the TaxDome Client Portal

Taxdome

You can access the Client Portal from my website. Visit [www.stephaniemounts.com](https://www.stephaniemounts.com) and click the **Portal** menu link. You can also access the portal directly (without visiting the website) at <https://stephaniemountsea.taxdome.com>

You will be taken to the portal sign-in page. Enter your email address and password in the spaces provided, then click **Sign In.**

**Tip!** If you are connected to more than one account in our system (i.e. dependent child, parent, etc.) choose the account that you wish to access.

In the **Home** section, you get an overview of the progress of your return. See the **To-Do List** area to find any important items waiting for your completion.

In the **Documents** section, you can see all of the documents you have uploaded. Click the **Upload files** button to upload more.

If we are missing any documents or information, we will send you a request for information, and you can find any outstanding items in the **Requests** section.

In the **Chats** section, you will see a list of your current and previous chat messages. Click on any message to reply, or click the **New chat** button to start a new chat thread.

In the **More** section, you will find your Organizers, Proposals, and Invoices & Payments. Choose the category you would like to review. If you have an organizer in progress, you will see it as *Pending* status. Click on the organizer name to open and complete.

Inside the **Organizer**, you can navigate the sections by clicking the **Next** button or the **arrow (<)** button. You can also visit a specific section using the **Go to section** drop down menu.

**Tip!** In the drop-down menu, any sections with a **green checkmark** are complete! Any with a gray checkmark still need questions answered or documents added.

If you need more time to complete your Organizer, click the **3 dots** in the top-right corner and select **Save As Draft.** We ask that you do not click Submit until you have provided all information and documents needed.

In the **Proposals & Engagement Letters** area, you will find all of your current and completed contracts and agreements. Click on any to review and sign (as needed.)

In the **Billing** area, you will find any payments or invoices that may exist for your account.

Finally, if you want to **Log Out** or **Switch Accounts** (if you are connected to more than one) click the blue arrow by your name in the top right corner.
