Go to Pipeline > Pipeline Main > Click on the name of the loan file you would like to open and use the 3rd party service for such as running a credit report.

Once the loan file is open, click on the "3rd Party Services" tab.

In the "CRA" field, click to select your CRA from the drop-down options.

Then select "No" for "Do you want to send Credit Card info". If you already entered your login info into the Settings then there is no need for you to send credit card info.

Finally, click "Submit" to run the service (such as credit report).
