How to Use the Action Toolbar in the Chronology Showpane

Click the document reference link to view the document in Showpane.

Click the **Show more actions** button to expand the action toolbar.

The action toolbar appears, displaying the available actions for the document.

Select the action you want to perform. - **Labels** — Use this option to add or remove labels from the document. - **Move** — Move the document to a different folder. - **Add to** — Add the document to a Bundle. - **Export** — Download the document in various formats, including the original file, as a ZIP archive, with annotations, as a redacted version, or as a PDF. The available options depend on your permissions.

The actions available to you depend on your workspace's enabled features and your permissions. You may see fewer options than those listed above.

Click the **Hide actions** (✕) button on the right-hand side to close the action toolbar.
