The Orange button is to raise a nurse call.

The Green button is to confirm Attendance, either reactively to a nurse call OR proactively when you are attending a room without a nurse call having been raised.

The Yellow button is to call for assistance.

The Red button is to be pressed in an emergency.

The Grey button is to reset the nurse call point. The panel should only be reset once you leave the room. To stop the call bell sounding you should either hover your handset over the NFC sticker to show you have attended or press the green button.

To access CareClicks and attend/reset the call panel using NFC, hover your handset, with the Arquella Care application active, over the NFC sticker located on the nurse call point. This will note that you have attended the room proactively, note you have answered a call, or when leaving, it will end the journey of the call.

When you attend a nurse call using NFC, CareClicks will pop open. Here you can click the relevant icons and enter any notes.

Make notes within the comments section. CareClicks information can be accessed within Reports.

If you have a digital care record integration these notes will also be populated in your care plan, helping to jog your memory when you put detail into your resident care plans and saving duplication of efforts.

Click "Submit" to submit your notes. Remember to hover your handset over the NFC sticker when you are leaving the room or call to end the call journey and provide accurate reporting.
