To effectively use the list map, we'll select the optimal number of groups we want to see in our visualization. Here we'll change 2 to 5 groups to see 5 groups of categorys.

To go into a group 2 area, here we'll select reason  "refund request: which accounts for 2.48% of all reasons.

We'll then drill into a transcript for that specific reason.
