Navigate to the "Customers" tab on the left panel

Click "New Prospects" to view customers have automatically been added when their entry was first created on the webstore or EZRentOut

Click "Lapsed" to view customers that have automatically been added as Lapsed when they have a specific minimum no. of orders and have not reordered within a duration you choose in the settings mentioned ahead

Click "Engaged" to view customers that have manually been marked as Engaged. You can select ‘Mark Customer as Engaged’ on their details page after engaging them manually on call, email, or in-person

Click "Drafted" to view all orders in the Draft state

Click "Stalled" to view all orders in the Stalled state, which are automatically populated here when their booking date has passed, or they have been in the Drafted state equal to or greater than the duration threshold you choose in the settings mentioned ahead

Click "Booked" to view all orders in the Booked state

Click "Rented Out" to view all orders in the Rented Out state

View your total number of Cancelled Orders below

This is the Total Opportunity Identified which is the sum of your drafted, stalled, and booked orders. This amount dynamically changes as your pipeline gets more populated

Click the dropdown next to Opportunity Pipeline to select the number of days you want the data from. By default, it is the last 90 days

To change the settings for the Opportunity Pipeline, go to Settings

Search and click on "Opportunity Pipeline"

Change the settings for the Stalled orders

Any changes in the Opportunity Pipeline settings will temporarily remove the current data and the updated data will be populated after 00:00 CT

Navigate back to the "OPPORTUNITY PIPELINE" through the"Customers" tab in the left panel to view the data
