View Linked Deposit Recorded in Undeposited Funds

The steps below guide you through viewing a recorded deposit after answering "No" to Posting the Deposit when Uploading to Accounting.

From the Commission Detail Page of the Transaction, click on the "View Entries" button.

Click the "View In Accounting" button under the Main Journal Entry.

The system will display the Main Journal Entry in the BE Accounting Module.

A prompt window will display with options. Click on the date for the Deposit. 

The system will display the Deposit Detail Page which contains the deposit entry for the Linked Transaction.

Uncategorized Asset
Undeposited Funds
1000 - Commissions Account

The steps below guide you through viewing a linked deposit after answering "Yes" to Posting the Deposit when Uploading to Accounting.

Click the "View In Accounting" button under the Deposit Journal Entry.

The system will display the Deposit Journal Entry in the BE Accounting Module.
