This guide shows how to open a tenant’s financial details from the Home page to quickly find and review escalation entries. It also explains how the Escalations overview displays differently depending on whether amounts are specified by date.

How to View Escalations from Home

TIP: Remitter = Tenant

On the Home page, locate the tenant.\ \ **NOTE:** You can locate the tenant quickly by searching for it.

Once you locate the tenant, select the tenant's **three-dot menu**.

Select **Financial** > Select **Escalations.**
