How to View Rent Invoices in the Tenant Portal

This guide helps tenants quickly find, view, download, filter, and export rent invoices in the Tenant Portal. It explains where to go after login (including two-factor authentication), how to open invoice details and PDF downloads, apply or reset column filters, and export a spreadsheet of all invoices for record-keeping.

Navigation

Go to the Tenant Portal: [https://tenantportal.raamp.com/](https://tenantportal.raampdemo.com/) > **Log In** > You'll be taken to the Tenant Portal Dashboard.

How to Access Rent Invoices

There are two ways to navigate to rent invoices. Select **Invoices** from the navigation menu or select **Invoices** from the Dashboard.

How to View Rent Invoices

Select the **green + icon** to view invoice details.

Select the **download icon** to download a PDF version of the invoice.

Select a column's **filter icon** > Select your **filter preferences** > Select **OK**.

Select the **Reset Grid** to clear all column filters.

To export a spreadsheet of all invoices, select the **preferred file type**. \ \ You should be able to access the file from your computer's **downloads folder**.
