You will then be taken to the Advertiser Summary page

In the filter bar on the left-hand side, you can click on Product and select "YouTube" to be shown just the reporting for all YouTube campaigns.

Or from the Advertiser Summary Page, if you scroll down, you can click on "YouTube" to be taken to just the YouTube campaigns.

From here you can drill down by campaign by clicking on the campaign name in the "Performance by Campaigns" table.
