How to activate your Ooma AirDial device

If you are an end user your device should already be activated for you, you will not need to complete this step!
Navigate to [https://rdm.ooma.com/](https://rdm.ooma.com/devices)
Click "Activate Device"
Click the "Activation Code" field and enter the device activation code.
Click "Validate"
Choose the appropriate "Contract Type" for the customer order.
Click the "Device Name\*" field and enter the device name. This should be a descriptive term the customer would use to refer to the device, or the physical address where it is installed.
FXS Port 1 is required to be provisioned, other ports you can skip and separate provisioning. Ex Port 1 and Port 3 could be provisioned, leaving port 2 and 4 empty.
Click the "Name" field for "FXS Port 1" and enter a name that would explain to the customer what equipment is connected to this port.
The system will attempt to recognize what mode the port should be based on the name entered. Click "Confirm" and change the "Mode" if needed.
Click "Type" and choose the type of hardware that is being connected.
Click the "Select Number" field.
If you are using a ported number where the port has completed already skip to step 13.
To assign a new number, click the "Area Code" field and enter the area code you would like assigned to port.
Choose a telephone number from the list of available numbers.
Click "Use An Existing Number" and choose your ported number to assign from the list.
Click "Proceed"
Enter the Make and Model of the equipment being connected, this helps us to ensure equipment is working properly and helps our sales and support team identify equipment that is working properly with our systems already.
Click the "Service Address" field, this is the address where the device is actively installed.
Click the "Address Line 1" field and enter the street address.
Click the "Address Line 2" field and enter the address details, like "Pool" or "Elevator 1"
Click the "ZIP Code" field and enter the service address ZIP Code
Click the "City" field and enter the service address City.
Click the "Select State" drop down and select the appropriate customer state.
Click "Proceed"
If the address isn't matched 100% it will provide you with an alternative address to verify, select the appropriate address radio button.
Click "Select" to confirm the address.
Repeat steps 7-23 for ports 2-4 as needed.
Click "Activate" to activate the services as shown.
