How to add Recurring Invoice for Owner in MiPropertyPortal?

    Access the **Admin Portal** by logging in.
    Go to "**Accounting**" under "Accounting & Reports" on the left navigation on Dashboard
    Click on **"Recurring Invoice"**
    Click on **"New Recurring Invoice"**
    Select the "**Owner**" option
    Select **"Property" and "Owner (Bill To)"** under Property, Unit & Owner Selection
    Fill in the required field under **"Title & Summary"**
    **Add an "Item", select the "Category", put "Quantity", "Unit", "Price". Also "Select a Tax". You can create another line "Item" by clicking on "Add another item"**
    Choose and Tick the appropriate box
    **Add Notes & Footer**
    Click on **"Next (Set Schedule)"**
    Select all the options properly by clicking on the **dropdown**
    Set the invoice status as "**APPROVED**"
    Click on "**Submit**"
    The status will appear as "**ACTIVE**"
