Click the "Nr." field to influence the placement of your rooms.

 For example, adding 0 will place your rooms at the top of your calendar and 99 will place your rooms at the bottom.

Click the "Name" field to add a name for your room. 

For example, Meeting Room or a Wedding Venue.

Click this dropdown and opt for "none" as this means the room will be unassigned and therefore recognised as a grey room.

Click this number field if you'd like to add mulitples.

Go back to Rooms | Units to view your new Grey Rooms, you can also see them on your calendar.

**Note**: Grey rooms are free on RoomRaccoon, provided you do not issue more than four monthly invoices from the grey rooms.

RoomRaccoon lets you track all available rooms you don't want to sell through the RoomRaccoon Booking Engine. These rooms can be marked as grey and used for different purposes, such as conference rooms, a bar, or a wedding venue.
