How to add a New Supplier

Click "Suppliers"

Click "Add Supplier"

If you wish to save the Supplier and enter the rest of the details later then all you need to enter is the Name and Post Code to save it.

Enter the Supplier Name

Fill in the rest of the Supplier information

Click "Save"

If you set the Supplier to "On Hold" you will no longer be able to select them from the Supplier drop down when creating a new job.

You can select the Supplier Type with the below drop down. - CX Member - Is a Courier Exchange Supplier that you sell jobs to. - Employee - This will be an employee of your company. (They will appear under "Driver" when creating a new Job rather than Supplier) - Sub Contractor - A driver or firm outside of your company to whom you assign jobs.

To add a VAT Number click the VAT registered checkbox below

Enter the VAT number for the supplier. Remember to click "Save"

If Self billing is required click on the "Self Bill" checkbox

Click the calendar icon to select a date.

Any Supplier costs added prior to the date of the Self Billing agreement date will not be shown.

This is where you would enter the Accounts Reference.

Enter the Cost Centre.

Click Save.
