You can also create tags to identify clients. It could be medical alerts, hazards when visiting the home, location, or anything you need to add to their file.

Finally, you can enable or disable how to communicate with the client via the platform.

Once you have added a client, next by clicking on their name you will get access to their timeline, where you will be able to record care and much more!

By selecting the "Medical Record" tab, you will find the area where electronic documentation takes place.

By selecting the "add new entry" tab, you will have access to specialized chart templates you can use to document care.

That allows you to request/collect in advance of care information such as screening tools, intake forms, demographic information, and consent for care from your client.*Note that you need to activate online services before you can use this feature.

Here you will find all invoices generated for your client and the ability to process them by clicking on the "pay" tab. 

You can also add/generate credit notes that work like gift cards. A client or family member can pay in advance for services via credit notes and the balance can use for payment of future services.

In the appointments area, you will find the history of all the appointments for the client. You can even book appointments for the client directly from that area without needing to go to the calendar.

Just click on the calendar icon and the appointment window will pop up.

In the "Communications" area, you will find all the interactions you have with your client via the platform.

And finally, in the "Documents" area, you will find your cloud storage. Here you will be able to upload any document you need related to the care you provide to your client. Just click on the cloud icon and upload your documents.
