This document highlights functionalities available in professional profiles.
Getting Started
Once logged in, you will arrive on your ***dashboard***. Click on ***profiles*** to enter your profile library.
Use the scroll bar at the bottom of the page to navigate to ***actions*** and click on the three dots under ***actions***. A box with different options will pop up, select the ***edit profile*** option.
Adding documents
Once the profile opens, navigate to ***other***, this is where you can upload all your documents into the appropriate categories.
Click ***select categories***, tick the categories you want to add documents for and click ***select***. Once the selected categories are displayed, click ***upload document*** to add the document for the specific category you have selected.
Note: You can now drag and drop a document or click on the designated area to upload a document from your computer.
When the document is successfully uploaded, you will be able to change the name and visibility option for the document.
Click on the ***pencil*** icon and add the preferred name in the ***file name***. Click on the ***visibility*** dropdown and select your preferred visibility option, then click ***save***.
Note: You are now able to move documents between categories instead of deleting and reuploading them.
Adding Rates
You can easily set up seasons, add one or more date ranges, and add corresponding rack rates based on sleeping arrangements, activity options, itineraries, or packages; depending on your profile type and category.
Click on ***add rates.***

Click the ***currency*** dropdown and select your preferred one, i.e. ***ZAR - South African Rand***.
Before you can continue, you will need to add your rate seasons. Click ***add season***, add the ***season name*** and ***date range*** and ***add season*** to save the season added.
Once the season has been added click ***add pricing*** and add your pricing configuration information like pricing structure, number of passengers and children's ages. When those are all inserted click ***add***.
Once the above steps has been completed, an option to add your rack rates for each pricing structure selected will appear.

Here you have the option to add your online rates by inserting the link to the ***URL to online rates*** text field.

In the ***extras section*** you can add additional items with pricing, for example boat transfers, activities and gear rentals.

Click ***add item*** to add extras like boat transfers, activities or gear rentals. Insert the name, price and inclusion type - i.e. ***optional***, ***included*** or ***extra***.
Clicking on ***select terms*** allows you to add ***conditions*** such as ***includes***, ***payment and cancellation***, ***child policy*** and ***terms and conditions***.
Once the text fields have been populated, click ***save***.
Adding Integrations
This is where the booking affiliate you selected when creating your profile will display. You can select one if you did not or remove the one selected if you no longer make use of the booking system.
Ensure that the ***affiliate*** and ***code*** are added and click ***save***.

If you are integrated with any GDS platforms, click on the ***select GDS codes*** and select the platforms you use. Once the selected options are displayed, you can add your ***GDS codes*** and click ***save.***
