How to add general information to your profile.

Getting started

Some of the functionalities available in this guide are only available for professional profiles.
Click on ***profiles*** to enter your profile library. Use the scroll bar at the bottom of the page to navigate to to actions and click on the three dots under *actions.* A box with different options will pop up, select the ***edit profile*** option.

Details

Under details you can edit the name and description of your product offering. The first description box will be used exclusively by the trade partners who access and use your content in Wetu. This description will display in their various Wetu outputs, including itineraries. The second extended description will only appear on your iBrochure, and not on any of the other Wetu outputs. Here you have more range to write about your product. You can add an alias which is only available to you and is used to distinguish profiles with the same name and location. You can select tags (tagging your profile helps increase visibility). Adding more specific tags will give you more opportunities to match with a search.

Fast facts

***Fast Facts*** gives you the option to add a quality assurance body, star rating, alternative rating, number of rooms, minimum child age and check-in and check out times. You'll be able to indicate what ***languages*** your staff speaks, highlight the special capabilities of your product in the ***friendly*** section and showcase the special interests of your location. You will also be able to add any tour operator/tour agent guidance details that needs to be specified.

Facilities

In the ***facilities*** section section you will need to tick the ***general***, ***connectivity, sleeping arrangement***, ***available services, activities on sit and activities nearby*** options that applies to your product offering.

Contact details

In the contact details section you have the option to add your product offerings, ***front desk number*** (you can add your reservation number), ***email***, ***booking form link*** (if you not associated with any booking system) and ***website link***. Clicking on ***select contact*** allows you to select specific contact details to help your associates in the trade contact the right people. Once selected, a box will pop up that will allow you to add the contact information selected.
Link your social media pages to boost visibility, strengthen brand recognition, engage with customers, and stay competitive. Clicking on select ***social media*** accounts will prompt a box that allows you to select the social media pages you want added to your profile. Once you selected which social media pages you want to link, a box will appear that allows you to paste the social media links you selected.
