Open PDFM and click on the **Settings** icon

Select **Generic Comments** to start adding comments you frequently use for marking.

Select the space provided under **Add Comment** and start typing your comment.

When finished, click **Save** to store the comment.

Your saved comments will be displayed in the **Comment List**.

The status of each comment will be displayed in the **In Use** list. If a comment has not been used during marking, its status will be indicated as **No**. Once it has been used, the status will change to **Yes**.

To delete a comment that you have already stored, just select the **delete** icon next to the comment.

Select **Yes** to confirm and it will be deleted.
