How to add new Groups

This guide explains how to create and configure user groups, activate them, and assign security options so you can control access efficiently.

Only Users with the administrator role assigned can view Groups

Click "Users & Groups"

Click "Groups"

Click the green 'Add Row' button.

1. Give the group a name and description 2. Make the Group Active 3. Click the **SAVE GROUPS** button 4. Once Saved click on the **[[Select Security Options]]** Link to add security options to this group (see below) 5. To **Remove** a group, tick the **Remove Group** checkbox and then **Save Groups** button (Note you cannot remove the above standard groups.

Click "Select Security Options"

Click the green "+" icon to add a row

Click the new empty row to select from the dropdown.

Click the relevant screen you want to add

If you need to add more screen, repeat the process.

Click "Save Options"

To delete a row press the red "-" icon and then "Save Options"
