Click the Photo button within your tool bar.

Next, tap to take a photo or add one from your library. 

If taking a photo use your device camera.

You can also tap the photo to add markups if desired.

Markup using ArcSite tools and tap the drawing name in the upper right when finished.

Sometimes pictures can provide more detail to your team and customer. You can quickly snap a picture of current conditions or infestations and add the photo to where it was found on your diagram.
