To add/remove users on Practice 365 you must have the role of "Administrator".

Navigate to the practice website which you want to add your user.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select "Staff Login".

Click the dropdown arrow next to "Users" on your menu bar.

Click "Add New User" in the top right corner.

There are two types of ways you can add to your Practice 365 website. You can add a user with an existing Practice 365 account or create a new account for a new user. 

To add an existing user enter in the email address which they have registered with for their Practice 365 account within the "Email" field.

Select the role you wish to give the user on your website by selecting from the "Role" dropdown option.

Then click "Add Existing User". The user will receive an email asking them to confirm their invitation to join your site. Once they've accepted the invite they will be added to your user list.

To add a new user and create their Practice 365 account first select the "Username" field and enter a username.

Select the "Email (required) field and enter the users email.

Then click "Add New User" to confirm their addition to your portal. The user will then receive an invite email to complete the registration process and join your website. 

Back on "All Users" we can now see our new user has been added after they've confirmed their invite. 

To remove a user hover over the user you wish to remove and select "Remove".
