How to analyse an evaluation (individual school)

Learn how to use the "analyse" tab to identify key areas of strength and areas for development in your setting's provision.

Evaluatemyschool

Permissions required: Evaluation Admin, Evaluation Contributor, Participant Admin

Open your self-evaluation

Click "Analyse"

Click "View Options" to change how the data is presented

Click "Score" to order areas by score

Click "Doughnuts" to view scores as doughnuts

Click "Descend" to order areas in descending order

Click on a bar to view all statements linked to that area

Use the arrows at the bottom of the page to move between focus areas

Use the control panel on the right to change how the data is presented (e.g. change scores from numbers to a percentage)

Click "Go back to Overall" to view by focus area again
