Login to the MOHR platform at [https://portal.myocchealthrecord.com](https://portal.myocchealthrecord.com/#/app/landing)

From the dashboard, move into the Onsite Bookings tab of the Pre Employment module. This is the first of two ways to book an onsite appointment.

Use the filters at the top of the screen to select your desired calendar.

Click 'Apply' to save and load the calendar.

To book an appointment, select any of the available time slots.

The booking modal will appear - select the Candidate Consultation and then click Next to proceed.

Enter your candidate's details or select Yes to search for an existing candidate.

Once all of the candidate's details have been entered, select the desired assessment and click Next to continue.

Confirm the selected date and time are correct, then click Next.

Confirm the booking details are correct, leave any desired notes and click Create to save.

You should now see the booking in the calendar.

Alternatively, you can use the Book Appointment button at the top right of the page. This button is available on all tabs within the preemployment module!

When the booking modal opens, select Book Onsite Appointment to load the schedule options.

Select the Candidate Consultation and then click Next to proceed.

Use the schedule drop-down to select your desired schedule. Depending on your access level, you may only have one schedule available to choose.

Select the desired start time for the booking and click 'Next' to continue.

In addition to seeing your booking in the onsite calendar, you should also be able to search for the booking on the Appointment Tracking tab - in the Progress Tracking table.
