Navigate to the class you want to check off attendance for and click.

To mark someone as attended, click the check mark icon.

You can undo the previous action by clicking the check mark again.

To mark someone as a no-show, click the "x" icon.

To undo the previous action, click the "x" again.

To remove someone from the attendee list, click the three little dots.

In the popup, you will be able to select the cancellation type. Choose "Regular Cancel" if you'd like to return the credit to the customer's membership, or "Late Cancel" if you don't want to return their credit and want them to show as a late cancellation in your attendance reports.

Click "Remove" to finalise.

Customers who unregistered after your allowed cancellation window will show up on the "Late Cancels" list. 

If you wish to remove them from this list and refund their usage (if they booked with a membership) or an account credit (if they paid for the class), click "Refund".

In the popup, select "Regular cancel" to refund them and remove the late cancel status from their attendance. Then, click "Save".

How to check off attendance
