In the event dashboard, click on "Registrations" from the side bar.

From the left-hand side menu, select “Setup Form” under Content.

Click on the visibility icon in the form field you want to make available to specific ticket types. This will open the edit field form with the visibility tab selected.

Select a field and value combination in the “Visible conditionally if” section and click save.
