From the Planbook Bar, select **School Years**.

Click the **Add Year** (+) icon in top-right menu.

Select the school year provided by your school or district, and click **Continue**.

If desired, adjust the **School Year Name** provided by your school or district.

If desired, adjust the **School Year Dates** provided by your school or district.

Select a default **Lesson Layout** for the school year.

Select the **classes to copy** from the current school year to the new school year.

Select the **information to copy** from the current school year to the new school year.

Click the **Add School Year** button to create the new school year.
