If you wish to close your store for any reason, use the solution below to close your store on a specific day and ensure no orders are processed on that day. Please note that you will need to suspend your wire services separately, and closing your store in Hana POS will not suspend them.\ \ For FTD, go to the Left menu ->Wire Services --> **FTD EAPI** page to suspend FTD.\ \ For BMT, go to the Left menu->Wire Service --> **BMT** to suspend wire orders.\ \ For Teleflora, suspend your orders directly with Teleflora, as Hana POS does not have a direct interface with Teleflora.

### **Accessing Configuration** - Hover over **"Configuration"** to reveal the available options.

### **Navigating to Web Admin** - Click on **"Web Admin"** to access the website administration settings.

### **Accessing Settings** - Click on **"Settings"** to manage and configure the website’s preferences.

### **Closing the Store for One Day** - Click on **"Close Store"**. - This feature will allow you to close the store for **one day only** on days your shop is usually open, without making changes to the regular business hours.

### **Adding Close Store** - Click on **"Add New"**. - For each day you want to close the store, you will need to create **separate entries**.

### **Selecting the Date to Close the Store** - Choose the **date** you want to close the store.

### **Choosing to Close the Shop or Website** - Choose whether to **close the shop** entirely or just the **website** for the selected date.

### **Saving the Changes** - Click on **"Save"** once you have selected the date and closure option.

Refresh the website, click on any product, and check if the date you set for the store closure is no longer available as a selectable option.
