Under the section where you want to create a test, Click "Add an activity or resource"

Select "Inspera Auto-Provisioning" from the dropdown.

Add your restrictions as necessary. In this example, the activity is available to a group only. 

Select the group of students who can access the test.

Click "Save and return to course" to commit changes. 

As a Moodle instructor, click on the newly created Inspera LTI link. This action syncs the restricted students/groups to Inspera as test Candidates.\
If any updates are made to the Moodle restrictions or group membership, you should click on the LTI link again to re-sync the latest student list.

You can check the Candidate list to ensure the right students in the Moodle group are synced to the test. 

How to create Inspera test with Group Restrictions
