Click the "Enter your email address" and type in your email.

Broj koraka/Number of steps means how many steps will the form have. Add your desired number of steps.

Check visibility- If you select "Sakrij uspješne/ Hide succesful" then the user will only be notified on required checks that he/she did not complete (for example telephone number if he did not enter one). If you select "Prikaži sve/Show all" the user will be notified on all checks regardless of their completion.

Onboarding form - it is a form that is a precursor/obligatory step for another form. For example, if you want one form to "unlock" only after another form has been successfully completed.

This Obavezno/Obligatory means whether this field is necessary.

Step field means at which step will this question be displayed.

"Display priority" means the order of the questions you have in your form (first, second)...

If you want to add for example question to choose answers, select type "Select input".

And now in field domain, you will put answers to choose but you will need to put ";" between the answers (yellow;red;pink; ... etc)

"Checks are certain requirments that the user has to satisfy in order to procced with his/her application. On the option Korak/Step you choose on which step the user will get a notification, notifying him/her that he/she has to satisfy a certain requirment e.g "enter a telephone number, enter date of birth and similar". If you want to activate a check choose on which step to activate it and tick the little box on the right hand side, then click Spasi/Save. 

In order to, for example, you need to verify users education, simply check the box. 

Click on Korak/Step to choose on which step will it have to be verified.
