### **Fill in the Required Fields**

1. **Invoicing Office** – Select the originating office (e.g., Office 1).
2. **Share With Office** – Select the recipient office (e.g., Office 2).
3. **Start Date** – Enter the effective start date.
4. **End Date** – Enter the end date (if applicable).
5. **Share %** – Enter the percentage of revenue to be shared.
6. **Client** – Select the client for whom the revenue share applies (e.g., Client A).
7. **Job (Optional)** – Select a job if the revenue share applies to a specific job. Leave blank if applicable to all jobs.
8. **Master Job (Optional)** – Select a master job if applicable. Leave blank if not needed.

Configure General Ledger (GL) Accounts for Revenue Sharing

Click **Select GL Accounts For Revenue Share**.

Choose the appropriate GL account types and use the arrow keys to assign them.

When an invoice is raised for a client that meets the revenue-sharing criteria, the system automatically generates interoffice journal entries.

### **Example**

- **Scenario:** Office 1 invoices Client A for $10,000.
- **Revenue Share:** 20% of the revenue is allocated to Office 2.
- **Journal Entries:**

If the recipient office operates in a different home currency, the system will convert journal entries using the applicable FX rate at the time of posting. This ensures accurate financial reporting across different currency environments.
