If you’re an entertainer or DJ offering packages with varying set lengths, here’s how you can easily set them up in your booking widget.

Once you add a category name, click save.

Then it's time to add your package or service by clicking 'Add Service'

Here you can begin to fill out the details of your package. Including a name, image and price.

In the category drop down, find the category you have just set up.

In the price field, you should add the default set length price. For example, if your standard DJ set costs £400, then add that price here.

If you would like to enable deposit, you can toggle that here.

Set your deposit as either a % or a fixed cost.

In the duration section, you’ll specify how much time needs to be blocked off on your calendar for this type of booking. In many cases, entertainers and DJs can only fulfill one booking per day. Therefore, in most cases you'll need to block out the entire day on your calendar, regardless of the set length chosen. 

**So from this drop down select 23 hours.**

In the duration section, select '23 hours'. 

Then set your time slot lengh as default.

In the buffer time section, you can decide how much time you need before and after an event in order to set up and travel etc. Using the buffer time correctly will also ensure you do not book too many bookings in one day.

**In this example, I am setting my buffer time to '4 hours before' and '0' for after.**

Now to create different set length options, toggle 'Custom Duration'

In the title field you could add something like 'Choose set length'

In the label, you can add the title for the different set lengths.

Once I have added a label, select the duration for that set length.

To add another set length option, click 'add custom duration' again

Then repeat the process until you have added all the options you want to show.

After adding all your packages, scroll down and toggle ON the 'Hide duration in booking panel' option. This ensures customers won’t see that a full day is being blocked for their booking, as this information isn’t necessary to share.

Use the description box to add details about the package. For example, in my description, I’ve mentioned that the default set length is 2 hours but can be extended based on the customer’s requirements.

Then head to the supplier tab at the top and select your name from the drop down. This is how we tell the system that you are the DJ/entertainer offering this service.

Once you have finished, you can then click 'ADD SERVICE'

Once saved, the package will show in your booking widget with the different set lengths available.

And they will clearly be able to choose what set length they want to book.
